1、專業(yè)能力：
（1）熟練掌握暖通空調專業(yè)相關設計軟件（如AutoCAD、天正暖通、Revit等BIM相關軟件），能夠獨立完成暖通空調系統(tǒng)的方案設計、初步設計、施工圖設計及相關技術文件編制工作；
（2）熟悉暖通空調領域相關國家標準、行業(yè)規(guī)范及地方規(guī)定，了解行業(yè)最新技術發(fā)展趨勢，能夠結合項目需求合理選用設備及系統(tǒng)方案；
（3）具備解決項目設計過程中各類技術問題的能力，能夠配合施工階段的技術交底、現(xiàn)場服務及竣工驗收等相關工作。
2、學習能力：具備較強的自主學習能力，能夠快速掌握行業(yè)新技術、新規(guī)范及新設備相關知識，適應項目多樣化的設計需求，持續(xù)提升自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
3、 溝通協(xié)作：具備良好的溝通表達能力與團隊協(xié)作精神，能夠清晰、準確地與項目團隊成員（建筑、結構、水電等專業(yè)）、甲方、施工單位及相關審批部門進行技術溝通與協(xié)調，確保設計工作順利推進；同時能夠高效完成跨部門、跨單位的對接工作。
4、其他要求：工作認真負責、嚴謹細致，具備較強的責任心與抗壓能力，能夠按時保質完成各項工作任務。能接受出差者優(yōu)先考慮。

Founded in 1993, Beijing Epoch Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd. is a design enterprise of Class I approved by the State Ministry of Construction.
